1/4 cup unhulled tahini
1 Tbs miso paste
1/4 cup warm water
1 Tbs lemon juice
Combine tahini with miso and lemon juice, add warm water. Whisk it together until you have a smooth dressing like consistency, cracked pepper.
If you find that you dressing to too runny add some more tahini and miso.
The dressing will thicken up when you refrigerate it, to make it runny again add some more warm water.
