- 4 eggs, pierced
- boiling water
- 1 heaped tsp baking soda
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil then add the baking soda. make sure there is enough water to completely cover the eggs.
- Carefully add the eggs to the water and set a kitchen timer to 10 mins.
- Remove the eggs immediately once cooked and place in a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking process.
- Now the amazing part, peel the eggs… simple, clean and easy
