2 - 4 tsp salt (best to keep it a small amount as you can always add it to the dish later)
3 tbs cornflour
Method
Mix all the ingredients of the Chilli Powder and set aside.
Mix all the other ingredients in a large jar and then measure out ½ cup of the Chilli Powder. Mix or shake till all the seasoning is completely combined.
This will last for about 6 months after which it will start to lose it’s intensity and flavour.
How to use…
Cook your meat or veggies and then add 2 tablespoons of seasoning the the pan with about ¼ to ½ a cup of water.
If using shredded meat then make up the seasoning sauce first and bring to the boil before adding your already cooked meat.
